KELVIN CHANG
Kelvin is a mechanical engineer who’s originally from South Florida. He’s a licensed professional engineer in Florida/Georgia/Kentucky and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional with extensive experience in green building. His other areas of expertise include building HVAC, plumbing and refrigeration design.
